With a little extra spice the Cuauhtemitto Roll comes to life, with breaded kanikama (crab), scallions and avocado on the inside, and on the outside a unique mixture of melted Manchego cheese and "Chiles Toreados" (Serrano peppers sautéed in our special sauce).
